Abstract

The entrepreneurship constitutes an element of social transformation, it is one of the principal axes of invention, competitiveness and contributes the growth of the economy of the countries; For such reason and once the labor commercial terms in the Equator were given a higher education results from great importance that you favor the implementation of educational strategies to introduce the enterprising spirit in the students culturally. The university is like an entity of formation of the young in the digital, information era and of knowledge, that assumes the important challenge to unroll programs in which students obtain the tools that allow them to through entrepreneurship its own business in a competitive labor market. In this context, one of the principal challenges of the university and especially the major Management and Business Administration is to generate backup actions in order for the enterprise's projects materialize.
