The pedagogical training of university students of the technical profile (Original).

Abstract

The pedagogical training of students with a technical profile is a priority in today's Latin American societies and particularly in Ecuador, since the fundamental activities in the country are agriculture, livestock and tourism, which greatly need this type of personnel. Therefore, students must prepare to transmit knowledge to colleagues at study, work or other people in general. The research aims to resolve the problem related to the insufficiencies that manifest themselves in the pedagogical training of university students of the technical profile at the State Technical University of Quevedo (UTEQ), Ecuador that limit their level of learning and their social usefulness. The purpose of the investigation is framed in the development of a strategy to resolve this insufficiency. The main methods used are: Analysis-synthesis, Induction-deduction, Systemic-structural-functional, Observation, Interview and descriptive statistics. Among the results that are projected to be achieved are the determination of the theoretical references that support the pedagogical training of university students of the technical profile and the strategy for its implementation in school practice.
