Personalization of learning allows content and teaching methods to be adapted to the individual needs and preferences of learners, optimizing their experience and promoting effective learning. The main objective of this study was to analyze the impact of natural language processing on the personalization of university learning, exploring how these tools improve the educational experience and academic results. To do this, a methodology was adopted based on the analysis of various natural language processing platforms and applications. Data was collected through a survey conducted with experts on the subject, teachers and students who used these tools in their learning process. It was considered a descriptive and applied research, guided by a quantitative route, with a non-experimental design type. The results showed that the use of these advanced technologies significantly improves the adaptation of content, generating personalized recommendations adjusted to the pace and learning style of each student. In conclusion, natural language processing has a positive impact on the personalization of university learning, facilitating a more inclusive and student-centered education. Its implementation represents an important advance in improving educational quality in higher education.
