Abstract

Adequate preparation of teachers is crucial to ensure that finance majors acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in their field. To achieve this, levels of learning must be used as an effective approach to teaching. Levels of learning, also known as Bloom's taxonomy, is a hierarchical structure that divides learning into six levels: remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating, and creating. Teachers can use these levels to design their teaching plans, develop clear learning objectives and assess progress, as well as help them develop critical financial skills, such as the ability to analyze financial statements, make investment decisions and understand financial risks. To adequately prepare teachers to use the learning levels in teaching finance majors, there are training and professional development programs. These programs can include workshops and seminars in which teachers learn how to apply the learning levels effectively, as well as opportunities to collaborate and share best practices with other educators. Therefore, the objective of this study was to determine the level of preparation of finance teachers to guide the teaching process through the use of different levels of learning. Theoretical methods such as: analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, document analysis, classroom observation, questionnaire were used for these purposes.
