Abstract

Results of the Institutional Investigative Project are presented the sociohumanist development of professionals of the health, of the University Of Medical Sciences Of Guantánamo from the 2020 was carried out an educational study for the solution to the scientific problem how to contribute to the development of culture of the social innovation in nursing teachers. With the investigation, the necessity was based of elaborating, to apply and to evaluate a politics of actions to the development of culture of the social innovation in nursing teachers, as method and style in its educational acting. With a statistical and technical integration of empiric, theoretical and mathematical methods of investigation precision was achieved of relating and theoretical foundations of the social innovation in the nursing teachers, characterization of the regularities and tendencies for its development, the identification of the initial state and the politics’ of actions design that it contributes to achieve it. They were used technical of the descriptive statistic and inferential for the handling of the information on the study sample. A conception theoretical-practice was obtained for the development of culture of the social innovation in nursing teachers, by way of effective answer to the necessary professorial improvement in the superation with improvements in its professorial acting, being considered the politics of educational actions here exposed advance to favor in the nursing teachers that constituted the sample of the study, with relevancy evidences and scientific in its conception and reliable results of its application, to sugerence of its generalization.
