The Management of the Educative Institutional Project in the school rural area: results of a diagnostic study (Original).

The diagnostic study that presents itself characterizes the process of the educational institutional project management of the school rural zone in charge of the management structures of the school rural zones of the municipality Calixto García of the province Holguín, the one they considered for two dimensions related with the preparation of the school zonal directors of the rural sector for the educational institutional project management and with the execution of the aforementioned process. The dimensions himself operacionalizaron in nine indicators for the obtaining of information that the realization of the process and his particularities at the aforementioned educational institutions demands on the command of broad knowledge’s. The processing of the data stored up by means of opinion polls, interviews and the revision of documents allowed identifying the principal practical present limitations in the mentioned process and the causes that they prepare them, indispensable elements knowing for the improvement of the step of the mentioned process and for proposal that one toast once the thesis that you hold was concluded present it investigation.
