Management of the Environmental knowledge: An Alternative of Environmental Education for the Self-Employed Work

Abstract

To introduce the environmental dimension self-employed in the modality of the Work, constitutes a necessary requirement for the practice of a responsible environmental administration in the activities that are developed in this form of economic administration. The lack of the scientific knowledge, technician and juridical environmental that have their workers has taken to the execution of a faulty administration of the environmental aspects that are identified in the activities that are practiced. The objective of the present work is  to analyze the theoretical and methodological budgets for the development of the administration of the environmental knowledge in the modality of this type of Work, starting from the relation with the conceptualization of the environmental knowledge and the administration of the knowledge, which constitute fundamental nodes to understand the contribution that has the application of this process in the change of the workers' this economic way behavior with regard to the environmental administration. The used methodology used is based on the bibliographical revision of the theoretical nodes around the environmental knowledge and the administration of the environmental knowledge, where they are limitations, given the generality of its definitions, which are overcome with new integral disquisitions containing any social or economic activity. It concludes that the process of administration of the environmental knowledge can be applied to self-employed for the improvement of the Work, when constituting an alternative of environmental education for these workers and to contribute with the treatment responsible for the environmental aspects of its activities.
