Abstract

In industries, it is necessary to have tools to identify the source of variability and stability of production processes. The objective of this work is to design a procedure for the implementation of statistical process control in the production processes of the MEDILIP Pharmaceutical Laboratory Company. A study of different methodologies and tools was carried out that contribute to perfecting resource planning and minimizing quality costs, allowing the process to be more efficient. To carry out the work, the dialectical-materialist method, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction were used as fundamental methods. The work has an introduction where aspects of quality management and statistical control of processes are discussed, a development where an extensive documentary review is carried out, in which books, magazines and articles were consulted, as well as doctoral theses and Master's degrees from prominent authors, which allowed to elaborate the theoretical referential framework of the research addressing different definitions enunciated by the great scholars and finally the conclusions are included where the importance of the implementation of Statistical Process Control is included.
