Methodology for potenciar the educational communication in trainers of Baseball (Original)

Abstract

Presently work is approached the necessity and importance of the educational communication for the trainer of Baseball of the provincial Academy of Holguín, given the limitations diagnosed in the sport training. It is a topic of present time and given necessity the demands that emanate of the trainer's functions like educator, made responsible with the formation and development of the personality of the athletes, which should be capable not only of transmitting information, to give orientations, but knowing how to influence in them from positions of high humanism, cooperation, solidarity concern for the execution of the formative objectives, the establishment of an appropriate psychological climate, all that which requires of him, to be a true comunicador. In execution to such imperatives the investigation is developed, he/she thinks about as objective: To elaborate a methodology for potenciar the educational communication of the trainers of Baseball of the provincial Academy of Holguín, structured in stages with their actions, the same one was valued by the specialists of pertinent for their setting in practice.
