Norms to evaluate the pedagogic test of technical preparation in judocas category cadet (Review)

Abstract

The growing competitive demands in the judo force the athletes to maintain a high level of technical preparation that you/they require to be controlled and evaluated systematically by the trainers, with the one supported of bases proven scientists, in such a sense he/she goes our investigation, in which intends as objective, to establish norms to evaluate the pedagogic test of technical preparation in judocas category cadet of the School of Initiation Sport Scholar of Holguín. Category of new inclusion in the Cuban judo. For the realization of the investigation 100% of the athletes is chosen registered in this category that is of 22 judocas, being this the chosen sample in an intentional way, of them they were taken in consideration the results obtained in the pedagogic test of technical preparation. The created norms will allow to evaluate for divisions of weight the test results and the level of the athletes' preparation from the own beginning of the macro structure of training, what gives opportunity to the trainer to elaborate the individual planning, according to each judoca leaving of their weaknesses and strengths
