The paper presents an analysis of the most significant theoretical aspects related to the accreditation of learning by experience and its particularities in the modality of education for youth and adult population, in the context of Venezuelan education and the constant improvement that is experienced in the education system today. That is why the Ministry of Popular Power for Education, through the Directorate General of Youth Education, Adults population has been given the task of executing these complex pedagogical processes. They have recognized that in today's society they necessarily have to make structural-based changes for the incorporation of this type of process, because they have become one of the ways to search for equity, equality and social justice consubstantial with the common good, at the same time that the social debt is settled through the recognition of the work that the workers have been doing in the educational field, both formal and non-formal areas..
