The mediator teacher in communication conflicts in primary school (Original)

In correspondence with the III improvement of the Cuban National System of Education and in execution with the objectives outlined in the Calendar 2030 about the educational quality, for the full development of the personality of the children and like part of the interaction processes that should favor a better quality of life and emotional well-being of the same ones, is carried out this investigation. With the objective of meditating on the teacher's mediator list in communication conflicts in the primary school. A descriptive explanatory methodology was used, with a mixed cuali-quantitative focus, developed in three phases. Theoretical and empiric methods were applied. The results revealed a positive transformation in the analysis and treatment to the conflicts. The control of the registration of incidence of the conflict, the employment of the rules for the mediation and the regulation of the behavior of the students analysis object was verified. This investigation responds to the thematic line "The work of orientation of the school, the family and other agent’s socializadores of the educational processes of the Cuban" society, from the Master in educational Orientation that is developed in the University of East.
