The formative evaluation before the challenges of the hybrid formation in the Cuban universities (Original).

Abstract

The training of higher-level professionals in Cuba pursues as an objective the achievement of a solid scientific, technical, humanist training and high ideological, political, ethical and aesthetic values ​​on scientific bases, so that its graduates can perform successfully in the various sectors of the economy and society in general. In this process, curricular and extracurricular training is articulated in which academic, labor and research activities are mixed, whose basic principles are the unity between education and instruction, which expresses the need to educate man while instructing himself. Hence, it is the intention of this work to offer our vision on the need for the implementation of formative evaluation and its evidential-interventional method as pedagogical resources to verify the quality of the training of university students.
