Abstract

In the conception of the current university has revealed the nexus between the different phenomena of reality overcoming the fragmentation of knowledge. The present work constitutes a result of the thesis in option to the title of Master in Pedagogical Sciences. The article aims to develop a didactic alternative with an interdisciplinary approach for the integral formation of students. The population with which the study was made were first year students of the Biology – chemistry. We used theoretical and empirical research methods. The proposed alternative is based on teaching tasks with an interdisciplinary approach. Significant differences existed between the initial and final pedagogical test, which was detected with the nonparametric Wilcoxon test at a significance level of 0.05. The application of the matrix method to the program of the subject justified that the contents are introduced in logical order, a necessary question for the establishment of the interdisciplinary relations. With the establishment of interdisciplinary relationships, comprehensive training of students was achieved, corroborated by the measured indicators.
