Abstract

The present work was developed in the Municipal University Center of Jiguaní, Granma province, Cuba, guided to achieve superior levels in the incorporation of students to the career of Agronomy. A formative strategy of vocational formation and professional orientation in the half superior level toward this career was elaborated, taken into consideration the critical focus; the contributions of the sociopolitical theory of the education, as well as the limitations that are denoted around the knowledge of the profession. The use of theoretical, empiric and mathematical methods, with technical and instruments applied in an individual and group way in students and professors belonging to the teachings of half superior level, it allowed to value the relevancy of the strategy endorsed by the reached motivation level; progressive approach of the students at the object of the profession and the level of self-esteem that the students show during their performance way. The implementation of the strategy on the interest’s professional’s formation toward the career of agronomy in the half superior level teaching propitiated interiorize in the cognitive and affective relationships with transcendence in the election and professional self-determination. Equally the pedagogic experience allowed to value the relevancy and feasibility of the strategy on the interest’s professional’s formation toward the career of agronomy, in the IPU "Ignacio Pérez Zamora" of the Jiguaní municipality, Granma, Cuba.
