The work presented is a study in relation to the contribution to the theory, The authors pretend to obtain a systematization of the elements of educational theory that supports the improvement of teachers of the Faculty of Pedagogical Sciences of the Agrarian University of Havana in the use of the EVEA from the methodological work, based on the cognitive, socio-affective and mediating dimensions, the methodological strategy is structured into four fundamental stages: diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation, with their corresponding phases and actions which also constitutes a contribution, specifically in the educational context of the UNAH in particular, and the Mayabeque province in general. The methodological strategy of overcoming the teachers of the FCP of the UNAH for the use of the EVEA from the methodological work contains a postgraduate course that is conceived in close relation with the system of methodological workshops and complementary activities, it is characterized by being humanistic, dynamic, formative, motivating and flexible, which allows reaching the proposed objective. In addition, the assessment of the results of its implementation is presented, which constitutes a fundamental element.
