The construction of social imaginaries in the multigrade primary school (Original).

The work presented has the purpose of contributing to the development of the teaching-learning process in Primary Education; the proposal that is offered, assumed as objective the elaboration of a methodology for the construction of social imaginaries in the multigrade primary schools of the El Caney Popular Council of the Santiago de Cuba municipality, based on its contextualization in the Elementary School Model. For these reasons, action research was essentially used in this process; In addition, the use of different research methods and procedures at the theoretical, empirical and statistical level, which allowed determining the main difficulties, needs and potentialities of the schoolchildren, teachers and directors of the multigrade school. The investigation derived as an essential result, a methodology that allowed the construction of children's social imaginaries from the teaching-learning process by the teachers and directors of the multigrade school, in the province of Santiago de Cuba. Therefore, it revealed its importance, relevance, feasibility and applicability, based on the transformations of the multigrade primary school.
