Abstract

The health-care professionals' preparation refers to the incorporation in its professional development of the modes of acting own of the Higher Education like university professors. The not correlated Project programs evaluation of the impact of the methodology for the development of the human capital at the health's sector that plays Sciences’ University Medical of Guantánamo, in the period 2018-2019, it developed a study to design training programs that make easy the educational preparation of the health-care professionals for the fight against drug addiction. They specified the conception of preparation, in pedagogic individual for the fight against drug addictions, the level you meet in and the scientific problem by means of the investigating actions how contributing to health-care professionals' preparation for the fight against drug addictions. The application of the proposal favored the answer to the scientific problem determined, ones it obtained the results that are described in this article. The triangulation of the opinion of the specialists with the results of the pre-experiment and the opinion of the consumers, they coincided in bestowing it upon reliability and viability sustainable the programs that here they offer him.
