Professional Orientation constitutes one of the fundamental links in the integral formation of students, it becomes noticeable in the school stage, where the adolescents must decide about their future, by recognizing in them a subject who collaborates and contributes to the rebirth of society, and this expresses the need to emphasize the systematization of this formative process. Overcoming the lack of management for professional guidance from the mathematical subject is evident in the students of the “Antonio Borrero Bell” Senior High School in Santiago de Cuba. To improve the management, actions favoring professional guidance are proposed of pre-university students from the teaching-learning process of mathematics. The importance of the research is revealed in the work of systematization understood as a process that assists the fundamental relationships between the professional orientation of students and the teaching-learning process of mathematics in Senior High school, in turn, favoring improvement of the comprehensive training of educational institutions. In particular, the mathematics subject plays a decisive role, as it provides students with the skills, knowledge and skills necessary to understand the world where you live. The results are shown in de current school year when assessing the satisfaction of the students for the recognition of their true vocation.
