The process of educational work in the pedagogical school, from education for coexistence (Original)

The integral formation of the students of the specialty of primary teachers of the upper secondary level, is in charge of all the pillars of an education, in which learning to coexist is fundamental. The historical tendency study of the process of educational work in pedagogical schools, with emphasis on education for coexistence, is based on the results of a doctoral thesis and of the Project Improvement of the pedagogical process of the specialties of educators of the Rubén Bravo Álvarez Pedagogical School. The objective of this article is to unveil the evolution of the educational work, with emphasis on education for coexistence, in the formation of the primary teacher and the factors that were involved in it up to the present time. Theoretical (analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and historical-logical) and empirical (critical analysis of documents) methods were used for this purpose. The results obtained were based on the theoretical deficiencies and on the assumption of the referents of this process. The study concludes in three stages and milestones that marked the changes in the process and led to the main trends.
