Proposal of actions to systematize professional agronomic motivation in different contexts of action (Original)

When taking into account the importance of professional motivation in the current era, it cannot be distanced from social demands, without failing to take individual needs into account. Although from the psycho-pedagogical point of view, the first should guide the second, in this dialectic, the work of educational institutions is irreplaceable. The specialty of Agronomy in particular is of great importance for the economic development of the territories and the country, for which it is necessary to guide, awaken professional interests and achieve adequate professional motivation in students of these specialtie, being the province of Granma purely agricultural. The objective of the research is to systematize actions to enhance professional agronomic motivation and achieve a greater permanence of students, both in the polytechnic school and once graduated in the productive entities. The use of theoretical, empirical and mathematical methods, with techniques and instruments applied individually and in groups in students and teachers belonging to upper secondary level education, allowed to assess the relevance of the actions endorsed by the level of motivation achieved.
