For the sake of evaluating "in vitro" the essential oil of Rosmarinus oficinales in front of varroosis in Apis mellifera, they recollected to the chance of the plant fresh leaves. The method of hidrodestilation (with water and vapor) in Estudio's Center of Química Aplicated of Granma's University accomplished the intervening extraction itself. Parasites were collected, in an apiary located in Santa Isabel's community of the municipality Bayamo as from honey combs zanganeros. For the evaluation of the acaricide effect they used 25, 50, 75 and 100 %'s concentrations respectively. The distilled water was utilized like control. They took a job in one Petri's plate with filter paper impregnated with the product, less in control, 20 acaruses in each their were ubicated. The readings came true to 4 8 and 24 hours. After of after of once the biopreparado was applied. The percentage of mortality of acaruses was determined. The analysis of variance for the comparison of proportions came true. By means of the use of the Program COMPARPRO 1,0 (Font et al., 2007). The results evidence bigger anthelmintic activity when 75 and 100 % use the concentrations. It is concluded that the biopreparado has antiparasitary effect against the acarus destructive Varroa of Apis mellifera.
