Multi-culture-poultry a complementary means of teaching in the learning of the subject health and animal production (birds) (Original)

Abstract

The work was carried out in the computer laboratory of the ability of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Granma, where a group of means, software wew used: PC (Intel ® Pentium 4 ®), CPU 3.00HGZ with 512MB of RAM and hard disk of 160GB). the professional programs used for the preparation and creation of the multimedia were:  "Adobe Photoshop 7.0", “Macromedia Dreamwaver 4”, “Font Twister”, “Macromedia Flash 5”, “Image Styler 1.0”, “Fax Stone Screen Capture 2.0”, “Mediator 8 Profesional" platform in which was carried out with license (GNU). The objective of this work is to elaborate an electronic multimedia book to use as means of teaching would complete for the development of the subject: Health and animal Production (birds), contributing to the improvement of the teaching-learning process in students of fifth year of the career of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnia enriched with materials based on video and documents that support the education and allow the development of abilities and knowledge in pregraduated students. We conclude that the multimedia:  "multicultura avicola" constitutes a complementary support material for the development of knowledge and abilities in the subject of health and animal production (birds) in students of fifth year of the career of veterinary medicine.
