The present research was carried out under seedling conditions from 12th September to 7th October/2017 in Intensive Orchard “El Gigante” belonging to municipality of Manzanillo, Granma province aiming to determine the effect of three native actinomycetes strains (A5M4, A18M7 y A23M12) on the growth indicators: (stem thickness, root length, plantlets height and plantlets average dry weight) and tomato plantlets quality (Solanum lycopersicum L.) cv. “Vyta” in a Cambisol soil. A randomized block design with four treatments and three replications was employed. The data were analyzed by an analysis of variance and comparison of means by parametric Tukey's test (p<0,05). The obtained results showed the biofertilizing effect of the inoculated native actinomycetes strains on the studied growth indicators, highlighting the strain A23M12 with the best results. The actinomycetes inoculation promoted the obtained tomato plantlets more vigorous and healthy in a short time of the seeds under seedlings condition. In additions, the use of this bioproduct achieved a higher economical effect in the crop, since, the production costs were reduced and the profits and rentability indexes were increased as well as the profit/costs relation.
