The management of the scientific activity aimed at local development (Original)

Abstract

This research work is aimed at the design of actions to promote the scientific activity in order to increase the local development. Its main result is concreted in the link between the Municipality University Campus with the local agents: the government, the enterprises, social and educative institutions and the population as such in order to foster the local development by means of the scientific activity. In this research some methods and theoretical techniques were applied such as: synthetic – analytic, inductive - deductive, systemic – structural – functional. And the empirical methods: the observation, the survey, the interview, the experiment and the statistical procedures.
