Abstract

In the call for competition of the school category of Athletics in the current year, will be held in exalon, so it is necessary to combine the accents of work based on it and the fundamental event that in this case is the Hammer. For this reason we will diagnose if with the bakery in previous years, it will be possible to reach satisfactory competitive results, in the launch athletes of Hammer, school category of the EIDE "Pedro Batista Fonseca" of Granma. The main objective of this study is to make a diagnosis of the organization of the weekly accents by work directions of the athletes under study. To carry out this purpose, theoretical methods such as analysis and synthesis, induction-deduction and document revision were used, as empirical methods were used observation, measurement and interview. This diagnostic study will allow pauses in the methodological order to train coaches, in order to make a more accurate planning of the dynamics of the load to work in terms of teaching and perfecting this difficult modality of Athletics.
