Program of management environmental to the Business Unit of Base ´´Dietetics´´, to the Company Dairys Products Bayamo (Review)

The dairy industry for its diversity of processes and products generates a large amount of solid, liquid and gaseous wastes, which are increased to improve productivity, quality and health of the same. The company Dairys Products Bayamo hasseen fit the development of the environmental management system, with reference to the ISO 14001 standard, that is intended to carry out a proper handling of raw materials and inputs of the organization. Environmental Management analyzed under the context of the impact of the food industry on the environment in order to diagnose the main environmental problems in the UEB ´´Dietetics´´, of The Company Dairys Products Bayamo. The intention of this research was to propose an environmental management program based primarily on the provisions of three of the requirements of NC 14001: 2004; in paragraphs: 4.2: Environmental Policy; 4.3.1: Environmental aspects; 4.3.3: Objectives, goals and programs. It was conducted between January 2018 and October 2018. In obtaining the information, methods of theoretical and empirical level were used, excelling the survey and two basic techniques: (direct and indirect) scientific observation, documentary analysis and as the semi-standardized interview. In considering the favorable criteria in relation to the main research, findings and practical contributions made it possible to infer the feasibility of actions.
