Abstract

The conceptualization of the Cuban economic and social model of socialist development approved in the 7th Party Congress, includes the theoretical bases and the social economic characteristics to which it aspires. Therefore, this model covers the areas of production, distribution, change and consumption. The Guidelines constitute the fundamental basis for its conceptualization, in which the policies defined as part of its implementation have also been considered. The state socialist company is forced in these times by the competition of the non-state sector to improve its management and thus strengthen its competitiveness in the market. The CIMEX Branch of Ciego de Ávila, has as a vision to meet the expectations of its customers with quality, marketing goods and services to guarantee contributions to the country's economy, with advanced technological supports and high credibility, secured by a human capital that distinguishes itself for his professionalism, honesty, discipline and commitment to the organization. With this work, it is known how the CIMEX Branch of Ciego de Ávila, takes steps for planning in order to achieve customer satisfaction with the required quality and in order to achieve greater competitiveness in the market. The insertion of the TP- El Sauce, will improve the quality of the product or service offered by the CIMEX Branch of Ciego de Ávila, and will increase the results in sales management, producing greater customer satisfaction.
