Abstract

Workplace well-being has gained increasing relevance as a determining factor in employee performance, especially from the perspective of organizational psychology. This study analyzed how the psychosocial conditions of the work environment directly influenced the productivity of human talent within private companies. The main objective was to analyze the impact of well-being at work on the productivity of human talent from the perspective of organizational psychology. A quantitative approach with a non-experimental, correlational design was applied through surveys based on the Likert scale to a representative sample of employees in companies in Quevedo, Ecuador. The results showed that high levels of well-being at work are positively associated with greater efficiency, commitment and individual performance. In addition, the influence of organizational practices oriented to the emotional care of personnel in strengthening productivity was highlighted. It was concluded that an adequate management of labor welfare contributes significantly to the development of human talent, and it was therefore suggested that sustainable welfare strategies be integrated into corporate policies.
