The institutional educational project: procedure for its elaboration (Original)

The institutional educational project is used in educational centers in many countries and in Cuba, in the context of the Third Educational Improvement, it has been established as one of the new ways of working; however, there is a latent concern about the need to offer guidelines on its elaboration. As part of the research carried out in the postgraduate specialization in the Management of Educational Institutions, the objective is to propose a procedure as a methodological tool, which facilitates to school principals, the guidelines for the elaboration of an institutional educational project. For this purpose, the following methods have been used: survey, interview, socialization workshop and case study, which has allowed us to offer a methodological procedure as a practical result.
