System of activities to strengthen the solidarity value in law students (Original)

Abstract

The training of the new generations, capable of consciously assuming the defense and continuity of the social project that is being built in Cuba, constitutes an urgent need, especially if it is carried out in an extremely adverse context. The debates that are generated around values and their education come to occupy a first order place in the work of Cuban universities. A fundamental question when approaching the study of values is to do it in an integral way, taking into account its character as a system. However, the complexity and breadth of the matter requires that this article direct its attention towards the treatment of the solidarity value. In this sense, there are universal references that have become models, especially for young people. Considering the above, the objective was the elaboration of a system of activities based on the personality of Ernesto Che Guevara and its validity that favors the strengthening of the solidarity value in first-year students of the Law Degree of the University from Granma. The materialist dialectic served as the basis for the achievement of the desired purposes. In addition, it was necessary to use various scientific methods, both theoretical and empirical and statistical.
