Abstract

The present work was carried out under conditions of Jiguaní municipality, in Granma province, at the house of covered cultivation and in the machine of irrigation No. 2 of the Municipal Agricultural Company with the objective of evaluating the effect of the inoculation of four stumps of micorryzal fungi. A completely randomized experimental design was used with 4 replies, 7 treatments in the first experiment: 1, control ( without application ); 2, Funneliformis mosseae; 3, native concentrate; 4, Claroideoglomus claroideum; 5, Glomus cubense; 6, Rhizoglomus intraradices, and 7, technical standard and 5 treatments for the cultivation of corn, 1 witness and the four foreign evaluated stumps. The results showed that the inoculation of the tomato seeds with the foreign stump Glomus cubense had the highest significant values of the plantelets, with 17.45 cm height, a stem diameter of 7.70 mm, a root length of 6.50 cm without any difference comparing to the Rhizoglomus intraradices stump and the Technical Standards with chemical fertilizers. The results of the use of the stumps in the corn cultivation were similar to the ones in the tomato. The best result was obtained by the Glomus cubense and Rhizoglomus intraradices stumps. The best economic results were obtained using the micorryzal fungi.
