Partial results of the Institutional Project "Evaluation of the impact of the methodology for the development of human capital in health services" are presented, in execution by the University of Medical Sciences of Guantanamo since 2020. The study corroborated the need for improvement. in the nutritional education of the population, with emphasis on adults responsible for infant feeding to combat high blood pressure. The empirical, theoretical and statistical mathematical methods used provided the primary information from which the problem could be characterized, its regularities and development trends specified, the identification of the initial state and the design of a system of actions for the solution to the problem. The techniques of descriptive and inferential statistics favored the percentage management of the information on the sample. When the objectives of developing, applying and evaluating a system of actions to improve nutritional education were met, a theoretical systematization on the subject was achieved, with interprofessional educational precision in educational actions and a reduction in the impact of socio-cultural factors on childhood arterial hypertension. , considering the system of actions satisfactory with evidence of relevance and scientificity in its conception and reliable results of its application, suggestive of generalization, since it fostered the preparation of parents and families from Primary Health Care for a favorable sustainable nutritional health management. of a satisfactory management of childhood arterial hypertension, according to the criteria of users.
