Institutional innovation and strategic planning to achieve the alimentary balance in Cauto Cristo municipality (Original)

Abstract

The present work evidences the administration of the Municipal University Branch of the municipality of Cautious Christ in the advice and accompaniment to the Council of the Municipal Administration of the Popular Power on the "Routine of institutional innovation and strategic planning for the alimentary balance at local level", transforming interpretation ways and the actors' intervention involved starting from the formation of capacities and the appropriation of basic conceptual and methodological tools, promoting and introducing a focus in the strategic planning of the alimentary security from a vision of institutional innovation directed to the collective construction of the municipal strategic plan and its implementation to reach the alimentary sostenibilidad. The fundamental objective is to think and to act strategically in function of the municipal alimentary balance starting from deep studies and exchanges of which has emanated the concept of alimentary sostenibilidad that includes the security and alimentary sovereignty. A reference document is obtained to support similar initiatives, of a lot of utility to the Group Agricultural Agent as organizational structure of the Plan of Integral Development. You concludes that the alimentary sostenibilidad at municipal level is achieved starting from a process of planning and strategic administration based on the institutional innovation under the municipal government's parsonage as answer to those to national priorities related with the implementation of the Limits of the Economic and Social Politics of Party and the Revolution.
