The treatment of social discipline in adolescents of the Basic Secondary educational level (Original)

Provide man with a responsible attitude for social coexistence in present and future generations; It helps to configure in them models and ways of behaving in society in the face of the needs and interests that it has as a citizen. This is why it is a priority to have a vision of science that expresses the totalizing notion of reality when contextualizing the country's situation, from an educational perspective; therefore, the Cuban educational policy has drawn up a line of work that guarantees this social order. This research is inserted among the studies carried out in Cuba for this purpose. Among all the institutions of society, the school has a fundamental mission, as it has the greatest possibilities to systematize the education process based on social objectives, achieve the mobilization capacity to involve the family and the community based on the contents of the State policy. This makes it possible to link the adolescent with his social context. The article aims to present the pedagogical strategy for family orientation for social discipline in adolescents of the Basic Secondary educational level, which is expressed in actions organized by stages. The experience was developed at the ESBU Mariano Tamayo Rodríguez in the Bayamo municipality. It is evidenced that social discipline contributes greatly to the adolescent's civic formation, as well as to the spiritual and behavioral premises for their social participation and life project as a citizen.
