The reading and comprehension of texts with a developer approach continues to be one of the problems presented by second cycle schoolchildren, because teachers do not always use productive methods in their classes to activate logical thinking in them, which allows them to eradicate problems that affect the comprehension process in the texts that are studied in the Bachelor of Primary Education career. The acquisition of new knowledge in the subjects that these students receive is achieved through the reading and comprehension of texts of different styles, elocutive forms, as well as the diversity of linguistic resources that appear in the texts under study. It is meritorious to recognize the active role of the teacher to provide solutions to this difficulty, taking into account an adequate treatment of the meanings of the text, levels and dimensions. Hence the importance of this research, which aims to offer methodological suggestions for achieving a better understanding with a developer approach.
