The use of concept maps for the analysis of information in criminal proceedings

Abstract

The January 5, 1999, in occasion of being celebrated the 40 anniversary of the constitution of The National Revolutionary police, our Commander In Chief expressed the need that ours be the best police of the world, motivation that automatically reached into all the forces of the Ministry of the interior, claiming in turn not only the human quality of our forces, but also the elevation of the professionalism in his acting making good use of the informative and technological potentialities you go away with endowing the institution to the full  (Orden50,2007). In practice, more in prevention and detection have made good use of these potentialities themselves, than in the cut of the enemy and criminal activity. For it, to strengthen the actions addressed to make the criminal actions perfect, establishing and implementing becomes necessary.." Procedures for the digitization of the information of resulting interest of the juridical penal work in terms of his conservation, recuperation and use in behalf of the confrontation. (Orden50, 2007).To appeal to the perfecting of this scope of work to achieve, with the determination of the material truth on the criminal facts, becomes necessary or I cash analysis of the information in the intervening criminal actions the utilization of conceptual maps, fundamental objective of the author to undertake this work and it enabled whose application in the quotidian practice favoring in the investigators and instructors the development of abilities for the analysis of information and the authors' determination and the demonstration of the investigated crime.
