Abstract

At a time when the demand for information is seen as a factor linked to development processes, the proposal of educational, instructional and spiritual actions favors access to the most advanced intra- and extra-university frontiers of knowledge, while serving demands for overcoming and training that the present demands, anticipates the requirements of society, creating the capacities to face new social, productive and cultural challenges. With the purpose of establishing actions and principles for the integration of the university processes in the community transformation that directs the management of the extension projects as a fundamental cell in the formative work of the students, these ideas in construction are formulated as a support for the execution of the projects, in the context of the university extension process.
