Ideology of the Syndrome of Burnout and strategies of prevention and intervention (Review)

Abstract

The interest of the study of the syndrome Burnout is attainment of the growing social, organizational and emotional demands that affect the development of the professionals at the present time in different sectors of the society. With the objective of carrying out a revision of the investigations developed about the topic, their definition, symptoms or manifestations; you cause, the incidence in the investigating professionals and of the tools or intervention forms or prevention more used to assist the health of those these. The analytic-synthetic methods were used, induction-deduction to consider the main taxes of the investigations carried out in the prevention of the same one. You arrived to the conclusion that the highly committed professionals are prone to suffer syndrome of Burnout; what demonstrates that their prevention is a necessity for the society.
