Theorical consider to support the processing to general physical prepare of athlete vasca ball in Guantánamo

Abstract

The investigation is based on elaborating a methodological alternative for the control to the physical general preparation with the appropriate selection of tests that you/they allow to evaluate the conditional capacities, keeping in mind the energy system that conditions its development, in correspondence to the characteristics of the sport, the age and the sex of the athletes of Basque Ball of the juvenile category in EIDE Rafael I Freire of Guantánamo.
