Abstract

Starting from the previous theoretical study and the preliminary diagnosis carried out in the present investigation, by means of the application of surveys to trainers and the revision of official documents, it was verified that the trainers are still he insufficient the acting for the address of technical abilities that potencien later on the action of attacking in the tashi waza, lacking different system of exercises that you/they respond to the demands of the first stages period school etario that at the same time offered a high grade of security in the approach emitted in the moment to prepare the judokas", what evidenced that this topic was not approached in such way that responded to the demands of the concrete historical circumstances in that the sport is developed at the present time, by what to study it every time with more cientificidad involves a marked necessity. For it was used it a sample of 12 athletes of a total of 20, the study it is of great importance for the necessity of carrying out changes in the forms and work styles that allow to face the transformations and demands that today with more urgency emanates the competition.
