This article make a referent to methodological aspects the study of brain in relation to applicate mathematics in the neuronal complexity, the referring the most important aspects with relations to neuronal activity in normal conditions and pathological conditions, for example the functional and effective connectivity in neuroimaging in mapping human brain. The this review examines these principles as applied to refer with the organization, development and function of complex brain networks, and the application of mathematics for interpretation the brain funtion complexty. Like that consideration about complex brain networks and the others aspects in relationship to the segregation and integration in the brain and other example of analisys of neuronal complexity in the discussion of one case. And to referent with the implication of mathematics in the non linear dynamical systems.
