The article tries on the bilingual intercultural education in the Ecuadorean Coast, and the teaching learning process of the kichwa language and its incidence in the inclusion of native children in the School of Basic Education Mushuk Pakari" (New Dawn) that is located in the San Camilo Parish, in Canton Quevedo, county of The Rivers, Ecuador. Its goal is to rescue, to foment and to strengthen the correct development of the Bilingual Education in the city of Quevedo, with the active participation of the Educational Community, governed by the Pattern of the System of Bilingual Intercultural Education (MOSEIB) that foments the respect to the Allpa Mama and the Pacha Mama (nature and universe) the main axes of the educational process; the person and its commitment for the construction of the Sumak Kawsay (Good Living).
