The formation of professional interests involving pedagogical careers constitutes a social demand contained in the Model of Professional of the future foreign language education graduate. In this sense, it is important to recognize as an essential condition for the success of the educational activity the existence of a professional orientation based on solid professional interests, which will allow the performance of the job with quality and efficiency; at the same time, that will make possible the full satisfaction of the students in their performance. During the research, scientific methods such as analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and historical-logical were used to systematize information coming from the documentary analysis. A pedagogical strategy for the formation of professional interests in the students of the first year of the Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages Education in Guantánamo is proposed, in order to continue strengthening new conceptions that propitiate the interest involving the pedagogical profession.
