Abstract

The article is exposed the main results of the pedagogic investigation on the process of teaching-learning of the Ecuadorian corridor carried out in the School of Arts "Machala" with the objective of designing a methodological strategy based on the methods of the musical teaching of Kodály and Willems, as alternative to motivate and to wake up him the guitar students' interest for this gender. The methods of scientific observation, bibliographical and documental, analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive and statistical revision were used. The field information was obtained through the observation techniques when working of the educational one in the classes and interviews to the related investigation strata in order to study, 6 professors and 12 students. The application of this novel strategy allowed to elevate the level of knowledge, interest and motivation for the considered Ecuadorian corridor the musical national symbol of Ecuador.
