Faced with the universal call to adopt measures to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that people enjoy peace and prosperity, educational institutions take into account the commitment to train individuals and social groups favoring the most vulnerable of each environment, which is why this purpose is included in various documents assumed such as the Córdoba Manifesto where the need to guarantee a true peace is reflected; The Sustainable Development Goals (4, 5, 10, 16) and the Cartagena Manifesto 2016 ORSALC (2016) include the work in this regard from Higher Education. In Cuban universities, the formation of a culture of peace and the defense of human rights constitute essential contents of the education of the personality of the new generations, promoting inclusion, taking advantage of educational spaces in favor of education for peace and rights Human whose theoretical and methodological references are analyzed giving way to a proposal with the determination of the content of its dimensions, establishing the system of structural relationships between the stages, phases and actions of the pedagogical strategy applied and contextualized to students of the specialties of the Bachelor in Education, favoring the introduction into educational practice of the scientific result that is taxed on a demand from the Provincial Directorate of Education, helping to satisfy territorial social needs of the Mayabeque Province through the responsibility of the Agrarian University of Havana as an educational institution.
