Abstract

This article discusses a topic of vital importance, based on the role of the teacher in the vocational training and guidance in the early ages, because in this teaching the school develops interests, qualities and basic skills that are essential for the individual´s vocational training. This must provide reasons to keep them oriented through pedagogy; so, it is necessary to make this a pleasant process achieving a greater impact to be systematic. The article is the result of the master's thesis in option to the Master's degree in Elementary Education Mention linked to vocational training and guidance from the early ages.
