The nursing profession forms human resources that should acquire the scientific-technique capacity to assist to the people, the family and the community in the three levels of attention. The integration of theory and practice in the academic formation is one of the biggest concerns in the educational institutions. Nursing schools are not an exception and the contrast among what is used to, what is learned in classrooms, and what is learned and evaluated in the assistance centers becomes frequently evident. A descriptive investigation was carried out whose objective was to design an overcoming course directed to the nursing professors for the evaluation of the learning in practical subjects. The study universe was made coincide intentionally with the sample and it was conformed by the entirety of the educational ones and collaborators (19) that work in the Polytechnic Higher Institute of Kwanza Sul; Angola. The fundamental practical contribution constitutes the overcoming course for professors that assist the professional training of nursing which offers tools to guarantee the development of the educational teaching process.
