System of sociocultural animation actions in the "recrearte" community project in the popular council "Amador Liens Cabrera" municipality Buey Arriba. (Original)

Abstract

The present investigation was carried out in Circumscription 58 of the Popular Council "Amador Liens Cabrera" of the Buey Arriba municipality, which revealed as a fundamental problem the limited participation of the community members in the activities for which it is proposed as a general objective to design a system of actions that from the sociocultural animation contribute to enhance the participation of the residents of the district in the sociocultural project "RecreArte" to improve the cultural life of the community. It was carried out with a materialistic dialectical approach, which induced to perceive reality in movement, changes, transformations and to conceive contradictions as a driving force of development. The use of the culturological approach is also prioritized. The combination of the qualitative and quantitative methodological perspectives approach was used, so the qualitative predominates, while starting from the analysis of the community reality, its tastes and preferences and its sociocultural aspirations. The theoretical analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and historical-logical methods were used and participant observation was the empirical method.
