This article has like objective to establish the status of the art about the magnetic fields and its therapeutic uses, with emphasis in the mechanism of action in front of inflammatory processes. .Los expose the results of a systematic revision of the clinical bibliography related with the theme investigated in specialized magazines themselves the authors describe the historic general background of the study of the magnetic fields, they examine the evolution and present time of these like therapeutic tool, and you get deep in the mechanism of action in front of inflammatory processes. Used him as Faustino Pérez Hernández of the municipality shows for the study 12 patients in consultation of Genética of the teaching poly-clinician Ox Arriba, Granma, Cuba. His importance consists in demonstrating from the theory the application of prologue magnetic fields and his evolution in patients with treatments related with therapeutics of the magnetic field. Purpose comes from authors' bus proving that magnetic fields possess an ample spectrum of applications in the treatment of human pathologies. And that they constitute a powerful therapeutic tool in front of inflammatory processes. The most used methods were the revision bibliographic, the direct observation to establish the necessary relations between the theory and the satisfactory evolution of the patients submitted to treatment.
